Product Specialist – Immediate Openings

Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is actively seeking motivated individuals to join our growing sales team. Whether you have automotive sales experience or a strong background in customer service or commission-based sales, we provide the tools and opportunity to succeed.

We are an established, high-volume dealership with a professional team environment and strong leadership. Our consistent traffic and inventory give our sales team the opportunity to earn and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
  • Follow up with leads (phone, email, internet inquiries)
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience preferred (automotive, retail, or commission-based)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Bilingual is a plus

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Weekend availability required

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $50,600.00 to $137,000.00, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, & Manufacturer Approvability.


Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
