We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. As a key member of the product team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and performance of our online iGaming products, ensuring market relevance and a seamless player experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, compliance, and customer support to deliver high-quality product features.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and innovations within the iGaming space.
Monitor product performance metrics and use data to optimize product functionality and user engagement.
Assist in creating product roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives.
Prepare product documentation, training materials, and assist internal teams with product-related queries.
Support QA and testing teams during new feature rollouts and product launches.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the iGaming industry (Online Casino, Sportsbook, etc.).
Strong understanding of player behavior, gaming operations, and digital product management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with product management tools.
