The main function of a product specialist is to be the subject matter expert on a product through its development. The typical product specialist will provide technical advice to customers concerning their product

Looking for a detail-oriented, that has technical background in Home Appliance and Electronic Products.

Manage to enhance service guide/contents for products and functions and providing improvements.

Working independently, translation of complex functional & technical requirement is required, maintaining upcoming technical knowledge is a must

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain technical knowledge within Samsung Home Appliance and Electronic Products Development, preparation and review of technical documents, test procedures, user guide, installation and service manuals.
• Report and follow up with issues found during reviewing manuals Communicate with Product Support teams to improve Service guide/contents quality

Skills:

• Should be a team player and should have good communication skill to communicate with different group within Samsung.
• Needs to have hands on experience with Home Appliance products and some basic knowledge for analysis.
• Comfortable to review technical documents and upload to system.

Education/Experience:

• Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years experience preferred
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication(verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills
