A growing e-commerce company is seeking a Product Sourcing & Development Manager with hands-on experience identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to bring products from concept to market. This role involves sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring quality and cost efficiency, while streamlining development processes and meeting deadlines.

Ideal Qualifications:
Experience in procurement and/or product development
Hands-on experience with vendor sourcing and negotiations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience in e-commerce or consumer products preferred
Salary: $75k - $150k/Year
