Job Purpose / Mục tiêu vị trí
This role is to drive the full product development process in core system to manage and monitor all the relevant products’ actions. Take part in new product development from beginning stages as well as distribution’s discussion. In addition, relating to system management, the EP for IT cost is a part of project management under this scope.

Job Responsibilities Phạm vi công việc

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis on a regular basis to arrive at new product ideas that meet customer’s needs, sales force’s expectations and fit the company’s business strategy.

• Take part in new product training related to system implementation for internal Product team and/or functional stakeholders.

Tham gia vào việc huấn luyện/đào tạo/hướng dẫn về sản phẩm mới liên quan hệ thống nội bộ các phòng ban nghiệp vụ.

• Plan for new product implementation and system enhancement in line with Product Calendar.

Lập kế hoạch phát triển các sản phẩm mới theo đúng Kế hoạch phát triển sản phẩm và cải tiến các chức năng hệ thống liên quan.

• Manage timeline for all assigned projects as well as relevant functional stakeholders to ensure projects delivery on time.

Quản lý thời gian biểu của các dự án; đồng thời kết hợp với các Bộ phận nghiệp vụ liên quan để dự án được thực hiện đúng kế hoạch.

• Collaborate and work on with operational teams not only in New Product Implementation but also in Day-2 management to meet all the product’s validation during product development.

Kết hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để quản lý các quy trình phát triển sản phẩm, áp dụng cho việc phát triển sản phẩm mới và các tính năng của Day-2, giúp đảm bảo thực hiện đúng các quy định sản phẩm trong suốt quá trình vận hành.

• Plan for Day 2 items and work with relevant departments for system implementation.

Lập kế hoạch & theo dõi các quyền lợi/nghiệp vụ liên quan đến Day 2, đồng thời làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan để phát triển các hạng mục này.

• Control and manage timeline of Day 2 project, report the process as schedule.

Kiểm soát và quản lý tiến độ dự ác các nghiệp vụ liên quan đến Day 2 theo đúng kế hoạch đề ra.

Job Accountability Trách nhiệm chính

This role is:

• Take part in new product implementation from beginning stages, includes product brainstorming and/or distribution’s discussion;
• System management for full journey of new product development as well as any packaging implementation;
• Manage full Day-2 plan to meet the proposal and expectation;
• Closely work on with functional department such as IT/OP/ACC/ACT to fulfill product’s requirements and core system implementation;
• Timeline management and resource arrangement in all assigned projects to meet the target date;
• Analyzation and IT cost discussion to prepare and fulfill EP before project kick start.

Job Requirements Yêu cầu

Qualifications/ Bằng cấp:

• Graduate in Business Administration, financial industry and/or banking from college degree or above and minimum 5 – 7 year’ experience in developing/marketing life insurance or (non)financial/banking products.

Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh, tài chính ngân hàng với kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 5 - 7 năm trong việc phát triển / tiếp thị bảo hiểm nhân thọ hoặc các sản phẩm tài chính /phi tài chính hoặc các ngành liên quan đến ngân hàng.

• Experiences in life insurance, especially in product function and/or related operation are preferred.

Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm khi làm việc tại phòng sản phẩm hoặc các phòng nghiệp vụ liên quan.

Knowledge and Skill set/ Kiến Thức và Kỹ Năng:

• Understanding of Life Insurance distribution channels, Sales, Customers, Operations, etc.

Hiểu biết về các kênh phân phối Bảo hiểm nhân thọ, Bán hàng, Khách hàng, Vận hành, v.v.

• Project management skill - Presentation and communication skills

Kỹ năng quản lý dự án - Kỹ năng thuyết trình và giao tiếp

• Creative thinking with good analytical skills

• Nice to have in English and MS software packages (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT etc)
