Whatyou’llachieve
As an AccountDirector, you willbe responsible forselling the full suite of RSA Identity solutions and services in helping customers mitigate against cyber threats. The AccountDirectorworks inthe federal government space witha setof named accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, ensure customer satisfaction, andmaintainpositive ongoing relationships.

You will:

  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements
  • Grow thefederal government businesstoattainfinancialobjectivesand win new business
  • Manageaccount planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teamsand channel resourcesto ensure alignment across the organizations
  • Lead sales process andutilizesall available resources to manage account
  • In-depth oral, written and presentation communication skills to interact withC-Level execs, staff, vendors,partnersand customers.
  • Regularly engage with decision makers at customerfacilities in performing primary duties
  • Provide sales leadership and experience on largedirect and channel drivenopportunities

Essential Requirements

  • 15years of experience selling technology solutionsinAustraliafederal government.Preferably Identity solutions
  • Solidtrack recorddriving revenueinfed govaccounts in Australiaas well as provennew businessacquisition skills
  • Proven ability in closing largedeals within theFedgovsector
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
  • Strong communication, collaboration and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management


Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
  • Cybersecurity selling experience
  • Successfultrack recordselling in Identity space
