This role is a strategic, customer-facing partner responsible for driving revenue growth through the expansion of designated HireRight products within existing client accounts. The Product Solutions Partner works closely with Account Management to design and execute product-specific expansion strategies that increase client value, adoption, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Management as a strategic expansion lead for assigned HireRight products.
  • Develop and execute product-specific expansion strategies aligned to defined campaigns and business objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue revenue opportunities tied to named product initiatives (e.g., Monitoring, EWS, and future offerings).
  • Lead client-facing expansion discussions, including value proposition development, executive presentations, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
  • Leverage targeted enablement tools, sales plays, and campaign messaging to drive consistent expansion outcomes.
  • Analyze client data, usage trends, and market insights to inform expansion strategy and opportunity prioritization.
  • Engage internal stakeholders (Product, SMEs, Contracts, Pricing, Legal) to support deal execution and closure.
  • Coordinate handoff of closed expansions to Sales Engineering and Implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends related to assigned products.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Product and Leadership teams on expansion performance, adoption, and client needs.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or product expansion roles.
  • Proven success closing complex expansion or add-on revenue within existing client accounts.
  • Experience engaging executive-level client stakeholders preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strategic consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of product-led expansion and campaign-based sales motions.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM and pipeline management tools.
