We are looking for a Product and Solution Security Professional

You’ll make a difference by:

The Cybersecurity / IT Security Expert in the rail vehicle sector is responsible for implementing the Product and Solution Security process. In this role, You support the project team in implementing security requirements (software and hardware) by creating an IT security concept and conducting analyses and IT security tests during the validation and verification phase. Throughout the entire vehicle project, You are part of the project team and support it in customer and supplier discussions as well as addressing questions from all internal stakeholders.

  • You specify and maintain security requirements and support compliance with international/regional security standards and regulations
  • You conduct a high-level risk assessment during the bidding phase and determine IT security risks for the project
  • You create a security architecture for the object under consideration (rail vehicle, subsystem, or product) as part of a team
  • You conduct customer and supplier discussions on IT security during various project phases
  • You plan and conduct threat and risk analyses and define countermeasures
  • You verify the analyses to ensure successful implementation of the defined security measures
  • You validate (friendly hacking, penetration testing) the security measures to ensure customer expectations are met
  • You provide technical support for IT security implementation in the railway sector.

You’ll win us over by:

  • Completed degree in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field
  • 4-6 years of experience in IT/ OT security, preferably in the rail transport sector
  • Knowledge of IT security technologies, tools and concepts
  • Experience in security and penetration testing
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office
  • Good network knowledge, especially based on Linux-based systems
  • Knowledge of embedded systems
  • Knowledge of relevant standards such as IEC 62443, TS 50701, ISO 27001 etc
  • Knowledge of Industrial Communication protocols.
