The Role

Base salary range: $120K to $200K

OTE (On-Target Earnings) range: $240K to $400K

CCC is the market leader in what we do. More than 300 insurers and over 30,000 collision repair facilities run on the CCC platform, and more than $100 billion in transactions flow through it every year. When you join CCC, you are joining the company the P&C insurance industry already depends on. The Product Seller role is one of the highest impact opportunities in the company today. We are seeing strong customer demand for our AI driven products as insurers look to automate more of the end to end claims process and move off fragmented systems and manual workflows.

We are building a team of highly driven, technical, and commercially sharp hunters who can operate in high velocity sales cycles while navigating complex, strategic conversations with senior stakeholders at some of the largest insurers in the country.

This role sits at the center of CCC's next phase of growth, which depends on deepening our relationships with nearly every carrier in North America to expand what they buy from us. Working closely with Client Partners, who own the executive relationship at each carrier, you will build your own pipeline by prospecting into CCC's existing carrier base and own the end to end cross-sell motion for CCC Growth Products, from first conversation through signature.

If you're looking to own a greenfield growth motion, sell alongside people who know claims and insurance better than anyone in the industry, and drive meaningful revenue impact with the most leveraged comp plan in our sales org, this role offers real upside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle for your product line, from initial discovery and scoping through commercial negotiation and close
• Create demand where none exists today through your own outbound prospecting, finding the right buyers inside each carrier and building a case they cannot ignore
• Collaborate extensively with Client Partners, Solutions Engineers, and Client Success to bridge the gap between vision and execution
• Maintain rigorous discipline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue and consistently achieve quarterly and annual quotas
• Become an expert on your product line, understanding our positioning across the competitive landscape and serving as its advocate inside CCC and out
• Exercise the courage to challenge the status quo. If you see a process that is broken, take the initiative to fix it
• Share wins, losses, and what's working in prospecting so the whole team gets better as we build the playbook

Requirements:

• Hunter instinct: a track record of creating pipeline from nothing rather than working inbound or an inherited book
• Closing experience: 5+ years selling and closing complex enterprise SaaS platforms that require integration, customization, and multi stakeholder implementation
• Fast learner: evidence you have sold more than one product successfully, since this role will ask you to learn a new product line deeply and quickly
• High velocity discipline: experience running many opportunities at once in a fast paced environment
• Proven upward mobility: a clear track record of internal promotion at a single high-growth company. We value builders who stay to see the results of their work
• Insurance or claims experience is a plus, not a requirement
