Job Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to support the organization’s compliance with cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and legal requirements, while contributing to their implementation across business processes and products.

Responsibilities

  • Promote cybersecurity and compliance awareness across the organization by supporting training and awareness initiatives.
  • Support compliance with cybersecurity standards, certifications, and regulations by:
  • Identifying and documenting compliance gaps.
  • Assisting in the definition and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Participating in cybersecurity and compliance assessments.
  • Contributing to the design, implementation, auditing, and testing of compliance activities.
  • Support compliance-related activities by:
  • Assisting teams in the interpretation and implementation of cybersecurity requirements.
  • Coordinating with technical teams and other stakeholders to monitor compliance requirements.
  • Supporting the preparation of documentation and evidence for audits and other compliance activities.

Key Activities

  • Conduct research and preliminary studies.
  • Identify and document compliance gaps.
  • Support the adaptation of organizational strategies, policies, and processes to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in assessment and audit activities.
  • Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions and guidance.
  • Develop cybersecurity awareness and training content.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in Cybersecurity, Product Security, Software Development, Compliance, or a related field.
  • General understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Product Security principles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
