Job Description

Transaction Banking-Sales- Product Sales Manager

Relationship Manager Handling GTS Trade and supply chain products for Wholesale Banking clients. Responsible for end –to-end P&L management of GTS Trade products to ensure sustainable profitability. Coordinate with business teams for effective limit planning and allocation for GTS product utilization. Drive key product performance metrics including average assets, trade-related fee income, and revenue growth Focus on increasing transaction volumes, particularly in cross-border trade and supply chain business Manage and grow trade product penetration through active client engagement and solutioning Work closely with the internal stakeholder to achieve , overall GTS business and client objectives.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies while delivering trade and supply chain solutions to wholesale banking clients.

Postgraduate (MBA / CA) with 5 to 6 years of experience in trade finance and cash management. Postgraduate (MBA/CA) with 5–6 years’ experience in Trade Finance and Cash Management.Strong knowledge of RBI guidelines, FEMA, and trade rules (UCPDC, URR, URC, ISBP).Proven capability in managing client experience and service delivery & Solid liability product knowledge to drive product penetration.Clear understanding of market dynamics and customer segments & Exposure to both operations and sales functions.Minimum two years in the same division/function/location; eligible for roles at the same or next level.
