Job Description

The Product Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the TRANSACTION BANKING-GTS Cash department. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the department's overall success. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the bank's growth and innovation in the cash management space.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Knowledge of cash management products and services is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
  • Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
