We are now looking for a Product Sales Manager, Stock Preparation for the Packaging and Paper Business Area in Germany.

Join us to drive sustainable growth in Stock Preparation across the German region. In this role, you will help customers improve plant performance, introduce energy-efficient solutions, and elevate the reliability of stock preparation and recycled fiber systems. You will shape growth, identify new opportunities, and work closely with mills to ensure high availability of their equipment. We are accepting applications from the northern part of Germany although our preferred location would be Langenfeld.

Your responsibilities

  • You lead sales activities for stock preparation and recycled fiber equipment and services across the region.
  • You proactively plan and conduct customer meetings, identifying opportunities that improve plant efficiency and sustainability.
  • You collaborate with engineering and technical teams to propose tailored process and equipment solutions.
  • You participate in shutdowns and light inspections to understand customer needs and ensure equipment availability.
  • You manage commercial negotiations and guide projects smoothly from opportunity to handover.

Expectations for you

  • You have strong technical knowledge of stock preparation and recycled fiber processes, ideally backed by a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
  • You bring at least five years of experience in a pulp or paper mill in roles such as process/mechanical engineering or field services.
  • You have excellent communication skills, and you are fluent in technical German and proficient in English.
  • You have commercial negotiation capabilities and the ability to identify sales opportunities.
  • Proven knowledge to read and understand technical documentation.
  • You are willing to travel extensively within the region.
