The Product Sales Manager – Recovery Boilers is responsible for driving order growth, market development, and customer engagement for the recovery boiler product line. This role combines deep technical understanding with strong commercial acumen to position the company’s technologies, solutions, and lifecycle services competitively in the pulp and paper market.
The Product Sales Manager partners closely with regional sales, technical engineering, product management, and project execution teams to develop winning sales strategies, create compelling value propositions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Expectations:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science, Business, or related mill experience
5–10 + years of experience in pulp mills, recovery boilers, or pulp and paper technologies.
Strong commercial negotiation skills with ability to navigate complex capital projects.
Familiarity with kraft process operations, liquor cycle, combustion systems, emissions control, and pressure‑part design.
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
