Your responsibilities:
Develop and execute the sales strategy for Roll covering and maintenance business in the Chinese market.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to grow the product line with specific customers and regions.
Conduct market analysis, including gathering competitor intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare pricing and quotations based on value-selling and unique product propositions.
Lead key sales activities, including customer meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
Provide critical market feedback, customer needs, and pain points to the Product Manager.
Train regional sales teams on product knowledge, functionality, and technological advantages.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer complaints and drive resolution.
Expectations for you:
Major in Mechanical Engineering or Papermaking.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related technical field, including direct sales and customer contact within the pulp and paper industry.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical and business information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.
Willingness to undertake frequent domestic travel, sometimes with short notice.
