Responsibilities

· Develop and expand the sales territory in North America

· Identify, approach, and win new customers with a strong focus on new business acquisition.

· Present, demonstrate and sell MES & ERP solutions based on client needs.

· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

· Together with Marketing harness the process from lead generation and lead qualification to facilitate world class sales result.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing and execution in other Frontmatec/Fortifi units) to maximise sales results and ensure successful delivery.

· Actively monitor market trends and competitors to drive strategic sales growth.

Requirements

· Degree or vocational training (technical).

· Proven track record in ERP/MES software solution sales with focus on new business development (hunter role).

· Strong commercial mindset, with a clear idea of how to create the best commercial results

· Strong knowledge of ERP and/or MES systems, business processes, and Enterprise IT solution selling.

· Experience selling Enterprise Software to mid-sized and large companies, ideally in industries such as food processing, manufacturing or logistics.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

· Strong IT skills.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken (business level).
