Job Description

As the Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the sales of POS products and services within the Branch Banking division. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will collaborate closely with the EBS department to ensure a seamless and effective sales process.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall business objectives.
  • Identify and target potential clients, conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities, providing insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with the EBS department to ensure a smooth sales process, including product development and delivery.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts, offering insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems for effective sales management.
  • Knowledge of POS products and services, as well as enterprise business solutions, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach to building relationships.
