Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We are looking for a results-driven Product Sales Manager with experience in digital design or creative services sales The ideal candidate will drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and promoting creative solutions such as packaging design, branding, and social media design services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and onboard potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote and sell packaging design, branding, and social media design solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets and identify new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain client records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in digital sales, social media design sales, or creative agency sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, digital sales channels, and CRM tools is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary of PKR 110,000 – 150,000 per month
• Performance-based commission after confirmation.
