Job Description

What you’ll do:

This position is within the Sales department in India.
You will be key driver of strategy execution & are expected to track the penetration of new customers, coordinate marketing activities to drive the sales revenue and enhance our brands recognition in South East Asia.
It will require you to develop and manage strategic sales channel & new customers to develop new opportunity. You will be a key liaison between Sales, Customer, Marketing, product management at global level. All activities will involve extensive interaction with customers online and offline and our local/global team."

This role’s primary responsibility is to increase the market for Eaton ITD(Souriau-Sunbank) products in South East Asia by focussing on business from various markets like Aerospace, Marine, Motorsports, Industrial,Railways.

  • Market Intelligence: Analyze the macro/micro economic factors and translate into the growth strategy.
  • Establish channel management strategy for South East Asia to support our customers, develop existing & new distributors to penetrate market & increase market share by abiding to the Eaton Ethical code of conduct.
  • Prioritize promotion of the key products, identify the product gaps, create NPRDS (New product requests) and recommend the routes to fill the product gaps by working with global product management and engineering teams.
  • Generate New business opportunities & increase revenue for assigned and new customers in the region.
  • To collaborate with local customer service team to on all commercial aspects (Pre order and Post order) to support customers.
  • Use CRM to maintain Lead, NBOs & project pipeline to ensure alignment with the business plan & visibility.
  • To be responsible for account receivables from customers & channel partners.
  • Perform other tasks/duties as assigned
  • Achieve Eaton ITD & Individual KPIs set by the leadership.
  • Travelling to south east asia countries.

Qualifications:

  • BE-Electrical/Mechanical, MBA
  • Min 12-15 year of experience on Connectors or electrical component sales, business development or marketing position

Skills:

  • Use of MS office, CRM, fluent in English
  • Prior experience of business travel in South East Asia region
  • Aerospace domain is preferred
