Objectives of the Position

• Deliver accurate and timely Product Safety services.
• Maintain reliable regulatory data and compliance documentation.
• Provide clear performance reporting and operational insights.
• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively and support management priorities.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Execute related Product Safety services deliverables, including chemical regulation operational compliance measures through close collaboration among team and cross-team through SAP module

• Evaluate and analyze product regulatory data for system and database maintenance
• Verify compliance documentation required for related business processes including import, export and domestic trade
• Perform necessarily follow up action to ensure deliverables executed on timely basis

Contribute to productivity, efficiency and Right First Time to achieve operation excellence

• Effective communication with stakeholders as required in daily operation and timely escalation to leader on critical topics where relevant
• Supports internal and external audit, including Quality Checks for potential improvements.
• Review, update and improve related work documentation such as process description, work guides, etc. to ensure sustainable knowledge retention and standardization within department.
• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, such as unit event coordination, preparation of management presentation materials, and other team priorities as required.

Execute Product Safety services performance monitoring processes

• Extract, consolidate, validate, and maintain operational data for accurate recurring and ad-hoc team reporting.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates on workload, timeliness, quality, backlog, and other agreed indicators.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, exceptions, recurring issues, capacity concerns, and opportunities for process or service improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific area, or any other related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Product Safety and reporting, or data analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office is preferred and experience in SAP application is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Experience in technology or digital related skills or tools is an advantage, e.g. Power BI, etc.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
