Job Description

We are looking for a Product & Revenue Lead to drive the growth and evolution of a digital B2B e-commerce platform serving healthcare professionals (HCPs). The platform enables healthcare professionals to conveniently and compliantly procure vaccines through an approved distribution network, providing a seamless, reliable, and user-friendly ordering experience.

This role will own the platform's product strategy, development roadmap, user growth, revenue performance, and process risk management. The ideal candidate will bring experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or technology-enabled businesses, along with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical market practices and the regulatory environment governing healthcare and vaccine distribution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Development

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, business priorities, and user needs.
  • Gather customer, stakeholder, and market insights to identify opportunities for platform enhancement.
  • Translate business and user requirements into a prioritized product development backlog.
  • Partner closely with technology, operations, commercial, and cross-functional teams to deliver platform capabilities and improvements.
  • Drive continuous platform optimization through data-driven decision making and user feedback.
  • Monitor feature adoption and measure the impact of product enhancements on business outcomes.

2. Revenue & User Growth

  • Own platform revenue and user growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive HCP acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Identify growth opportunities throughout the customer journey and implement initiatives to improve platform performance.
  • Partner with commercial teams to maximize platform adoption and transaction volumes.
  • Ensure all growth initiatives align with applicable pharmaceutical regulations, market practices, governance standards, and compliance requirements.

3. Analytics & Business Insights

  • Define, track, and report key product, customer, operational, and revenue metrics.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses to support strategic and commercial decisions.
  • Present actionable, data-backed recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Establish performance dashboards and governance mechanisms to monitor platform health and growth.

4. Process & Platform Risk Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate platform-related operational, compliance, and process risks.
  • Develop and implement controls to ensure a secure, reliable, and compliant platform experience.
  • Partner with Technology, Legal, Compliance, Medical, Quality, and other relevant functions to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Drive timely resolution of identified risks, issues, and audit observations.
  • Establish governance frameworks that support sustainable platform growth while maintaining compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in managing and growing digital products, e-commerce platforms, or technology-enabled businesses. They should possess a strong understanding of how product strategy, technology, user experience, and commercial levers work together to drive sustainable growth.

Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to balance innovation, commercial objectives, and customer needs while maintaining strong compliance, governance, and risk management standards. They should be comfortable working in a cross-functional environment and influencing senior stakeholders to drive strategic business outcomes.
