Job Description

The Product Readiness & Enablement Manager (Konera) is
responsible for ensuring that Proximus Global’s Network API products are fully
operational, integrated, and ready for commercialization across supply (MNO
multi signals) and demand channels (internal and external).

This role acts as the critical link between MNO supply,
product management, engineering, and go-to-market teams, ensuring that APIs are
not only defined but technically available, validated, and consumable via
aggregators, connectors, and enterprise channels.

Using a structured readiness framework (as illustrated in
integration tracking across environments), this role ensures that all signals
from MNO partners are production-ready, and that products can be seamlessly
exposed via the API marketplace and partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Network API signal maturity

  • Own
the product signal readiness lifecycle, ensuring APIs move from deployment
to full commercial availability (internally and externally)
  • Define
    and manage readiness criteria across:
    • North-bound:
      API availability (deployment, documentation)
    • Southbound:
      Integration status (SIT, replica, production)
  • Partner
    onboarding readiness
  • Ensure
no product is exposed to market without validated, production-ready
    alignment
  • Dashboard
readiness (prepare the list of actions and checkpoints to setup the health
    report on market entry readiness.

MNO Supply Readiness & Integration Tracking

  • Act as
the single point of coordination for MNO API readiness (direct connection,
    indirect connection via partner)
  • Ensure
and support execution of tech transition of existing MNO signals hosted on
different platform (Truesense, Phone ID, Verify API,...) to a single
    platform.
  • Track
and manage integration status across operators (e.g., Jio, Airtel,
    Vodafone), including:
    • Deployment
      status
    • Integration
      testing (SIT, replica, production)
    • Dependency
      management (e.g., credentials, access, configurations)
  • Proactively
identify and resolve blockers (e.g., “waiting for credentials”) with the
right stakeholder and ensure challenging the status quo and pushing
    organization for a fast execution
  • Ensure
consistency and standardization of signals across MNO partners

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Act as
    the bridge between:
    • Product
      Managers (strategy & roadmap)
    • Engineering
& CTO teams (integration & delivery)
    • Partnerships
      (MNOs and ecosystem players)
    • GTM
      teams (commercial readiness)
  • Drive
alignment and accountability across teams to ensure readiness OKRs
    milestones are met

Readiness Support

  • Ensure
products are fully ready for commercial launch and scaling, including:
    • Technical
      readiness (APIs, integrations, performance)
    • Operational
      readiness (support, onboarding flows)
    • Documentation
      and enablement assets
  • Support
GTM and Sales teams with clear visibility on product readiness status

Process, Standardization & Automation

  • Define
and implement standard readiness frameworks and processes across all APIs
    and operators
  • Drive
automation of readiness tracking and validation where possible
  • Ensure
real-time visibility into integration and readiness status

Requirements

  • 3–6
years of experience in product operations, product management, technical
program management, or API delivery roles
  • Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering,
    or related field
  • Strong
understanding of API ecosystems, integration processes, and telecom
    environments
  • Experience
working with MNOs, partners, or external integrations is a strong
    advantage
  • Good
understanding of end-to-end API lifecycle, including deployment, testing,
    and production readiness
  • Proven
ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and drive execution across
    multiple stakeholders
  • Strong
problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and unblock
    integration issues quickly
  • Experience
working in Agile environments and coordination with engineering teams
  • Strong
analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and operational
    dashboards
  • Detail-oriented
with a strong focus on execution, reliability, and operational excellence

We are offering

  • Good
compensation - Competitive € salary plus benefits package.
  • Development
    opportunities.
