About the role

We are looking for a Product Quality Specialist to join our GBS Mexico Quality team. In this role, you will act as a key technical partner to the Sales organization, supporting the safe and compliant handling of products in the field.

You will be part of a well-established quality team and work in a dynamic environment where team spirit, collaboration, agility, and problem-solving are essential.

This is a hands-on, operational role with high exposure to stakeholders and real-time business needs.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Sales team on cold chain equipment and sample handling.
  • Evaluate and manage temperature excursions and product quality exceptions following SOPs & Regulations.
  • Support investigations and deviations related to sample products and distribution.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quality processes.
  • Deliver guidance and simplify complex quality topics for stakeholders
  • Support training initiatives on quality processes for field Sales teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department, affiliate, and/or in collaboration with global colleagues.
  • Build strong relationships across functions to drive effective collaboration.

Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • No less than 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, bio-pharma, medical device, CRO or quality consulting companies
  • Experience working within regulated environments, GxP compliance, or quality processes
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with sound judgment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English

  • Pharmacovigilance
  • Quality Compliance roles in regulated industries

Nice to have

  • Experience in product release or quality disposition processes
  • Knowledge of temperature-controlled products & medical samples handling
  • Exposure to quality apps/ systems/tools (e.g., monitoring systems, deviation management tools)

Important to know

This role is operationally focused, requiring attention to detail, responsiveness, and comfort working with day-to-day quality activities and stakeholder inquiries.
