Our award-winning client is seeking a Product Quality Specialist to join their team.We are seeking a Product Quality Specialist to join our growing consumer electronics client in Niagara Falls, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality, driving improvements, and resolving quality issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance, streamline development, and meet industry standards. The ideal candidate possesses a strong quality management background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Streamline product development processes through data analysis and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications.
• Analyze customer feedback and returns to enhance product performance.
• Maintain detailed quality assurance records and metrics.

Required Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree in Quality Management or related field.
• 5+ years of quality assurance experience, with at least 2 years as a specialist.
• Proven experience in product testing, hardware/firmware design, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention to detail skills.
• Previous experience in the electronics industry is preferred.
• Vendor management experience is an asset.
• ERP system knowledge is a plus.
