Role details:

Join Visy Retail Services as our Product Quality & Performance Lead, where you'll use data-driven insights to enhance product quality, reliability and customer satisfaction across our retail portfolio. Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll identify improvement opportunities, manage quality risks and help deliver best-in-class product performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead initiatives that reduce product defects, returns and customer complaints.
• Analyse performance data and customer insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Sourcing and Supply Chain teams to implement corrective actions.
• Conduct targeted supplier audits and support remediation programs.
• Monitor quality KPIs and proactively manage product quality risks.
• Support compliance, certification and continuous improvement activities.

What You Will Bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Quality, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience improving product quality and performance outcomes.
• Strong data analysis skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience partnering with suppliers to drive quality and compliance standards.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capabilities.
• Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Quality Auditing or related certifications are advantageous.
