About the job:
1. Drive and coordinate QHSE projects/activities and spread best practices.
2. Keep risk assessment and environmental analysis updated and in compliance with applicable legislation.
3. Develop Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems, with focus on auditing process, KPIs management, training/competences development, SOPs and instructions and improvement projects/activities.
4. Coordinate Quality Control activities in suppliers' workshops, factories and sites and directly manage QC engineers to ensure quality level of equipment in accordance with contractual requirements and industry norms & standards.
5. Support line management in their (line management) QHSE accountability and when improving QHSE culture.
6. Guarantee customer requirements (if defined) are completely fulfilled.
7. Promote and manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental areas, in particular to prevent any kind of injuries and occupational diseases, to prevent and limit the impacts coming from our activities in the environment and in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Strategy.
8. Act to build QHSE mindset and competences in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Strategy/Policies.
9. Overall responsible for product quality, sub supplier quality and drive constant improvement to meet AL standard, market need
10. Leading quality team to handle NCR to meet project need and warranty claim to support customer
11. Leading quality data analysis, data drive activities in quality improvement and report to management on regular basis.
12. Ensure business is conducted in a compliant and sound manner.
13. Train, coach and motivate team to ensure that competence level is maintained / developed according to local employee’s development plan.

What you know:
Knowledge
1. 10+ years relevant experience in marine or relevant industries engineering area
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical or Automation Engineering
3. Rich experience and knowledge of marine industries
4. ALPS or relevant quality control & management competence

1. Fluent written and spoken English
