We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Product Quality Experience Coordinator to help power our global warranty repair operations. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of product quality, operational excellence, and customer experience- ensuring our global repair network is equipped with the tools, knowledge, and processes needed to deliver exceptional service. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, QA, Production, Sourcing, and global repair partners to drive repair readiness, streamline operations, and continuously improve the way we support our products throughout their lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

Product Analysis & Repair Planning

  • Partner with Product Development teams during product development and proto meetings to provide technical insights that improve repair readiness and long-term product quality.
  • Lead repair planning initiatives, including parts coordination and knowledge-sharing rollouts to support seamless integration across global repair operations.
  • Coordinate wear testing, sample requests, and product investigations to support training and quality assessments.
  • Conduct repair time studies to evaluate efficiency and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Support repair cost analysis and pricing evaluations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing innovative, scalable solutions.

Data, Training & Documentation

  • Develop engaging and user-friendly SOPs, training decks, technical guides, and visual documentation.
  • Support research, onboarding, and product knowledge training for seasonal launches and new product rollouts.
  • Maintain digital resources and operational systems to ensure global teams have access to accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Help simplify complex information into clear, actionable tools for diverse audiences.

Global Operations Support

  • Assist with seasonal operational activities including inspections, cleaning protocols, and quality assurance checks.
  • Coordinate raw material planning and fulfillment across global repair facilities.
  • Support visual standards, workflow documentation, and operational consistency across locations.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as a key connector between global teams, helping align processes and close knowledge gaps.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including QA, Product Development, Production, and Sourcing, as well as external vendor partners.
  • Contribute to cross-functional planning initiatives focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Let's Talk About You:

  • Degree in Fashion, Textile Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product operations, quality assurance, garment manufacturing, or repair operations.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, product quality standards, and repair processes.
  • Experience developing technical documentation, training materials, and visual communication tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in digital tools and operational systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative, solutions-focused approach with a passion for improving processes and experiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills; vendor management experience is considered an asset.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Salary Range:

$46,000.00 - $64,000.00 / year
