Job Title:

Product Quality Engineer 按照全面质量管理体系要求和迈图内部质量控制流程, 有序开展质量相关活动,负责确保产品在整个生命周期中符合客户期望和行业标准，专注于核心质量接口，负责电子材料一般客户的整个产品生命周期质量保证。负责协调并解决产品相关问题和客户投诉，通过根因分析、纠正预防措施以及跨部门协作来提升产品质量并持续改进提高产品质量。
• According to TQM (Total Quality Management) and Momentive Quality System and Process. Ensure that the products comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements, responsible for ensuring that products meet customer expectations and industry standards throughout their lifecycle, focused on core quality interface, responsible for ensuring quality assurance throughout the entire product lifecycle for electronic materials general customers. emphasizes resolving product-related issues and customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and continuously keep improving.

Responsibilities Include:

• 1. 电子材料 新产品导入质量保证 | EM New Product Introduction (NPI) Quality Assurance

• 作为质量代表，参与新产品设计评审和过程设计，确保可靠性和可测试性
  Act as the quality representative in new product design and process reviews to ensure reliability and testability.
• 参与并支持新产品引入阶段制定控制计划、检测标准和SOP
  Participate and support the development of control plans, inspection standards, and SOPs during the NPI phase.
• 协调准备新产品PPAP包
  Coordinate the preparation of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) packages for new products.
• 识别新产品引入过程中的质量风险并推动解决
  Identify quality risks during product introduction and drive resolution.
• 负责支持产品测试、验证及可靠性改进,与设计、制造及供应商合作提升产品质量,并根据客户反馈和现场表现推动持续改进
• Responsible for supporting product testing, verification and reliability improvement, collaborating with design, manufacturing and suppliers to improve product quality, and promoting continuous improvement based on customer feedback and field performance

• 2. 电子材料 制程质量控制与改进 （一般客户） | EM Process Quality Control and Improvement (general customers)

• 根据已识别的质量风险参与生产工艺过程的持续改进
  Support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes according to identified quality risk.
• 主导协调解决生产过程中的重大质量问题，运用8D、5Why、鱼骨图、因果图等工具进行根本原因分析，并实施有效纠正和预防措施
  Lead and coordinate the resolution of major quality issues in production using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Cause Mapping.
• 实施有效的纠正和预防措施
  Implement effective corrective and preventive actions based on root cause analysis.

• 3. 电子材料 一般 客户质量接口与客户投诉处理 | EM General Customer Quality Interface and Complaint Handling

• 作为主要技术接口，处理客户反馈和投诉，主导内部8D报告的编写与回复，确保客户满意
  Serve as the primary technical contact for customer feedback and complaints. Lead the creation and response of internal 8D reports to ensure customer satisfaction.
• 分析客户退回不良品，并进行根本原因分析
  Analyze returned defective products and conduct root cause analysis.
• 向客户提供必要的质量数据和报告
  Provide customers with necessary quality data and reports.
• 负责处理工厂EM的质量投诉，运用质量调查工具解决客户投诉和产品失效问题。主导根因分析及纠正/预防措施(CAPA)验证措施有效性， 防止质量事故再次发生。并及时将8D报告提交给客户。
• Responsible for handling plant (EM) quality complaints, utilizing quality investigation tools to resolve customer complaints and product failures. Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) verification to verify the effectiveness of measures and prevent recurrence of quality incidents. Submit 8D reports to customers promptly.
• 负责处理因原材料质量问题引起产品的不合格。及时整理信息建立投诉并要求供应商调查原因并给出有效纠正预防措施， 验证措施有效性。
• Responsible for handling product failures due to raw material quality issues. Timely organize information, file complaints, and require suppliers to investigate the causes and provide effective corrective and preventive measures, verifying the effectiveness of these measures.

• 4. 电子材料相关 质量体系与标准维护 | EM related Quality System and Standards Maintenance

• 熟练掌握公司产品质量相关知识，在产品质量保证等方面具备丰富的经验，支持产品质量保证程序，并应用到实际产品生产活动中，持续改进提高产品质量。
• Proficient in all products quality related knowledge. Has rich experience in process quality assurance, supports the corresponding quality assurance process standard, and applies to the actual product production activities to continuously improve product quality.
• 具备丰富的质量管理体系运行方面的知识和经验，有效运行ISO9001, IATF16949，TQM等质量管理体系，支持公司工厂的体系和客户审核活动并验证所有的发现项按时关闭
• Rich knowledge and experience in quality management system operation, effectively operating ISO9001, IATF16949, TQM and other quality management systems, support the company's factory system and customer audit activities and verify that all findings are closed on time
• 支持内部审核与负责 一般客户和第三方审核
  Support internal audits and manage responses to general customer and third-party audits.
• 与工厂相关职能部门、公司全球质量等职能部门，公司全球工厂紧密配合，支持推进和协调相关工作并提供支持，确保相关工作按期完成。在工厂和全球积极分享最佳实践，及提供相关建议解决工厂和全球遇到的问题
• Work closely with other functional departments of the site, global quality and other cross-functionals, and other plants across global to support promote and coordinate related work and provide support to ensure that relevant work is completed on schedule. Actively share best practices in the plants and globally and provide relevant support to solve problems in the plants and globally.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

• 化学、化工、材料或相关专业的本科或以上学历.

• Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Material or relevant major with bachelor’s degree or above.

• 3年及以上化工、材料、电子行业等公司质量工作经验.

• 3 years or more of quality work experience in companies in the chemical, materials, and electronics industries.

• 精通IATF16949,全面质量管理体系

• Strong knowledge and ability in quality management system IATF16949 and TQM

• 英语口语和写作良好

• Good written and oral English skill.

• 积极诚实、团队合作、良好的沟通技能
• Integrity, good teamwork and communication skill.化学、化工、材料或相关专业的本科或以上学历.
• 有电子、汽车厂质量管理经验者优先
• Quality management system building, and audit experience is an advantage
• 有项目管理经验者优先

• Project management experience is an advantage

• 熟悉6-sigma及其质量工具的使用。
• Familiar with Six-sigma and quality tool.
