Your tasks

• Quality assurance for product and assembly processes.
• Develop containment plans when quality issues arise in assembly processes.
• Ensure compliance with the Quality and Environmental Management System requirements according to ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certifications, as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001.
• Prepare Quality Instructions for internal and external incidents.
• Ensure compliance with the process Control Plan.
• Ensure the correct implementation of containment actions in case of failures.
• Fulfill specific customer requirements, corrective actions, PPAP, and customer validation runs for engineering changes in serial production projects.
• Ensure compliance with customer metrics, PPM levels, number of incidents, and follow up on customer portal evaluations.
• Improve FTQ through continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the proper implementation of engineering changes, ensuring that processes and the quality system maintain group and customer standards.
• Monitor and ensure process capability (CPKs/PPKs) through statistical control tools (Procella and/or MINITAB)

Your Profile

• 2-3 years of experiencie in similar position
• Experiencie working with OEMs and customer portals
• Fluent English is a must
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to negotiate and present information to customer
