Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for following up on the application of quality assurance requirements and verifying them in production processes, to ensure compliance with quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implements the quality plan to ensure that internal and external customer requirements for the activity are met.
  • Participates in preparing work instructions, inspection and testing forms to ensure that quality requirements are met.
  • Follows up on the implementation of product tests to ensure that quality requirements are met.
  • Participates in implementing the calibration and verification plan for monitoring and measurement methods to ensure that quality requirements and customer satisfaction are met.
  • Prepares and analyzes the causes of internal and external customer complaints with the relevant departments and follows up on the effectiveness of corrective actions taken after implementation.
  • Analyzes cases of non-conformity in rejected and returned items and proposes the necessary corrective and preventive actions to ensure that quality requirements and customer satisfaction are met.
  • Analyzes the results of corrective and preventive actions taken and their effectiveness to ensure that improvement requirements are met and problem solving is solved.
  • Analyzes the results of periodic warehouse reviews to ensure inventory quality.
  • Implements the requirements of the EFQM Excellence System (Control Plan - R&R Studies - Analysis of Failure Modes of Operations...etc.) to ensure that continuous improvement requirements are met.
  • Implements quality improvement projects with the aim of achieving the requirements of the continuous improvement process.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Years of experience in related field 0-3.
  • Extreme attention to detail, monitoring, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
  • Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
  • Exceptional ability to accurately read, understand and interpret production plans.
