Job Description

Tasks:

• 产品质量先期策划客户接口人。Customer interface for APQP process.
• 定义和规划新项目质量保证活动。Define and plan Quality Assurance Activities for new projects.
• 处理样件阶段的质量问题并支持工厂投产。Quality issue handling for prototype, support plant for production launch.
• 如果出现与项目/产品相关的偏差和/或问题，在部门质量组织（BU/PL、CF）内进行升级。Perform Escalation within Division Quality organization (BU/PLs, CF) in case of Project/Product related deviations and/or issues.
• 指导和/或指导项目团队遵守流程和质量方法和活动。Coaching and/or Steering the project team on process adherence and quality methods and activities.

Requirements:

• 本科及以上学历；流利的英语听说读写能力。Bachelor's degree or above，good English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• 五年以上产品或过程质量管理经验。Solid quality knowledge in product and process area with at least 5 years working experience.
• 开放的心态及善于自我激励，在变革时代的自我学习，并具有超强的抗压能力。Open mindedness and self motivation, self-learning in the era of change, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
