Job Description

RH is looking for an experienced, passionate Product Quality Associate. This position will have daily interaction with cross-functional teams including merchants, planning, product development, supply chain and vendors.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day.
• Clearly identify patterns in quality issues and related root causes.
• Partner with the product team to work upstream to build quality into the product from the start.
• Partner with all vendors to revise current packaging to be environmentally friendly.
• Monitor quality testing in our testing platform, ICIX.
• Partner with RH Compliance and vendors on any issues related to safety.
• Partner with Gallery Associates and Customer Service teams on quality issues that impact our customers. Some issues may require broader outreach.
• Attend and contribute to cross functional meetings including but not limited to business reviews, vendor meetings, and departmental meetings to communicate quality issues, returns, and action plans.
• Prepare and present management reports to effectively communicate to cross functional partners + company leadership.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience
• 4+ years retail experience.
• Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while being energized by constant change
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills; must have an ability to manage deadlines
• Must be able to organize & prioritize opportunities in order to be most impactful
• Excellent data and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Excel and google sheets/docs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service approach
• Flexibility a must
