What you will enjoy doing

Product Management

• You are responsible for managing and continuously developing the product portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and driving portfolio optimization
• Product lifecycle activities, including product launches and phase-outs, are coordinated by you in close collaboration with local and global stakeholders
• By identifying opportunities to improve business processes and workflows, you actively contribute to their continuous optimization.
• You ensure that product-related documentation and relevant business records are maintained accurately and consistently.

Project Management

• You coordinate cross-functional projects and implementation activities, fostering effective collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Technical and Global teams
• The deployment and continuous improvement of digital solutions and related services are key areas where you actively contribute
• By monitoring project milestones, risks, actions and deliverables, you ensure timely execution while maintaining relevant project documentation
• You organize workshops and stakeholder meetings, support management reporting and decision-making, and promote knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange across teams

What makes you great

• You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Economics or a related discipline
• You have experience in Product Management, Project Management or Business Process Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to identify challenges and contribute to effective solutions and process improvements
• Working with multiple stakeholders in an international matrix organization comes naturally to you, including the coordination of cross-functional and virtual teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills help you manage different priorities and collaborate effectively across functions
• You are fluent in German and English and communicate confidently in an international business environment
• Ideally, you have experience in industrial gases, healthcare or related industries and are familiar with digital solutions, process optimization and business analytics
