We are looking for a Product, Program & Project Manager to lead and standardize the delivery of key technology initiatives across the organization. This role oversees planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring all projects align with business goals. The ideal candidate will build scalable methodologies, improve processes, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams using tools like JIRA and Confluence to drive efficient, transparent, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives.
- Develop and implement scalable project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, PDDs, user stories, and delivery templates.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Standardize the use of tools like JIRA and Confluence for reporting, tracking, and collaboration.
- Provide regular project updates and recommendations to leadership.
- Drive process improvements, governance standards, and delivery best practices across teams.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Product, Program, or Project Management for enterprise-level initiatives.
- Proven success in establishing or improving project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall frameworks.
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and other project/documentation tools.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, DevOps, Analytics, Operations).
- Background in managing internal business systems or enterprise applications is a plus.
