Your Work Shapes the World at Caterpillar Inc.
When you join Caterpillar, you're joining a global team who cares not just about the work we do – but also about each other. We are the makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who are creating stronger, more sustainable communities. We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.
At Caterpillar, our Large Wheel Loaders and Wheel Tractor‑Scrapers power some of the world’s most demanding construction, mining, and infrastructure projects. As the Product Procurement Manager, you’ll sit at the center of these iconic machines connecting engineering, operations, and a global supplier network to ensure the right components are delivered with speed, quality, and resilience.
In this highly visible role, you’ll own the sourcing strategy for critical systems and components, partnering closely with engineering, product groups, quality, and operations to support new product launches, design changes, and continuous improvement. Your work directly influences cost, risk, supplier performance, and product success, making this a role where decisions are felt across the business and on machines operating around the world.
This is an opportunity for a strategic, relationship‑driven leader who wants both impact and growth. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where procurement is a true business partner, not a back‑office function, and where your ideas, leadership, and execution help shape the future of Caterpillar’s product lines and your own career path.
