C-Care International, part of the healthcare cluster of CIEL Group, is a Mauritian private healthcare group, owning and operating two private hospitals in Mauritius, namely C-Care Darné and C-Care Wellkin, and one in Uganda, C-Care IHK. C-Care also owns and manages 20 primary care Clinics and 46 C-Lab collection centres in Mauritius, Uganda, and Madagascar.

C-Care is currently looking for a Product & Pricing Analyst to be based at C-Care Corporate Office, in Mauritius.

| Product & Pricing Analyst

Reporting to the Chief Development, Marketing and Communications Officer, the selected candidate will be responsible to assist in the development and optimization of pricing strategies for the Company's products and services.

What you will be doing:

Products & Services Analysis:

• Analyse products & services composition and cost of sales
• Benchmark product & service composition to local and international peers
• Identify efficiency and cost reduction opportunities
• Be the guardian of the product & services master file

Products & Services Pricing:

• Analyse products & services pricing and margins
• Benchmark products & services prices to local and international peers
• Identify price reduction opportunities
• Be the guardian of the price master file

Business Intelligence & Data management

• Work in close relationship with the Business Intelligence team to create and improve reporting dashboards
  
  

What are we looking for?

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in actuarial sciences, statistics, data analytics, finance would be an advantage
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar position
• Experience in health or insurance sector will be an advantage
• Proficiency in stakeholder relationship management
• Strong reporting skills
• Ability to quickly learn & adapt to the medical field
• Strong data analysis knowledge and ability to derive the right marketing strategies
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
