Job Description

You crave a career that pushes you, where you'll meet challenges head on and you're guaranteed to grow.

Here's your chance to design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that also enhance accessibility, sustainability and overall quality of living for more people than you've imagined.

In this role, you'll:

Help strengthen product management skills across the Customer Products and Solutions team. You’ll do this by embedding product management frameworks, tools, and templates, and by training and coaching teams in product strategy, prioritisation, and roadmap development to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

You will also coach the team in key planning activities (like quarterly planning and roadmap reviews), support learning through training and communities of practice, and work with leaders to build a culture of product excellence and continuous improvement.

The Product Practice Lead will also be responsible for:

• Coaching product managers 1:1 and in cohorts to strengthen strategic planning, stakeholder management, prioritisation, goal setting and measurement.

• Designing and delivering training, workshops, and onboarding that embed product management frameworks, tools, and templates and enhance product discovery techniques.

• Support planning through coaching and facilitation of core product ceremonies (like quarterly planning, prioritisation, OKR alignment, and roadmap reviews) to drive alignment, transparency, and progress.

• Supporting teams in developing and documenting clear product strategies, outcome-focused roadmaps, and measurable success metrics.

• Fostering a culture of product excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and recognition.

• Continuously improving frameworks, tools, and templates based on team feedback, delivery insights, and industry best practices.

This is a temporary full-time position to 31 December 2027.

Attendance is a hybrid arrangement of in person (at least 50%) and work from home. In person attendance is split across the Sydney CBD and Parramatta Offices.
