Mercer
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Private Market’s team at Mercer. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Product & Platforms Strategy Lead sits within Mercer’s Private Markets business, supporting the development of digital product strategy and platform roadmaps that align with business priorities, investment needs, and client expectations. Based in the Global Operating Office, the role works across business and functional teams to help shape priorities, translate requirements, and support the evolution of key platform capabilities.
This role partners closely with stakeholders across Investment, Data, Technology, Operations, Client, and Sales teams to ensure product and platform initiatives remain aligned to business goals and governance processes. It combines product strategy, people leadership, and cross-functional coordination, helping connect business priorities with technology and data delivery plans.
In addition to day-to-day product and platform leadership, the role contributes to broader strategic initiatives across Private Markets, including operating model development, innovation opportunities, external partnerships, and integration activity related to business growth. It is well suited to someone with strong private markets experience who can lead a small team, work effectively across functions, and bring structure and clarity to a complex environment.
