Job brief

A product planner is a professional who is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of a product's life cycle. They work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure that the product meets the needs of the customer and the company's goals.

Marketing planning includes enterprise development strategy, profit model, operation model, business planning, marketing strategy, organizational structure, financial budget, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and wants
• Developing product specifications and requirements
• Creating product roadmaps and timelines
• Working with engineering to develop and test prototypes
• Collaborating with marketing to develop product launch plans
• Monitoring product performance and making adjustments as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in tech business, marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product planning or a related field
• Strong understanding of the customer and the market
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal in Chinese and English skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Taiwanese or Malaysian whoes stay in Cambodia, also can
