About the Team
KKBOX is looking for experienced and passionate Product Managers who are excited about music streaming and fan engagement to help enhance our product competitiveness, elevate the music experience, and strengthen the connection between users and creators.

We are looking for individuals with strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making skills, and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities. You should be comfortable driving products from 0 to 1 and ensuring continuous growth and optimization of existing features. These roles will cover multiple product areas, including but not limited to music experience, fan engagement, creator support, and data applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Define Product Strategy and Vision – Develop and execute long-term product roadmaps based on market trends, data analysis, and user needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and business teams to ensure smooth product development that meets both business and user needs.
  • Product Development & Optimization – Lead the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, continuously iterating to enhance user experience and product value.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage data analysis and user research to identify pain points and opportunities, drive A/B testing, and ensure product growth is aligned with market demand.
  • Focus on User Needs – Deeply understand user behavior and needs, ensuring product decisions effectively address real user problems and enhance engagement.
  • Improve User Engagement & Retention – Optimize user experience and interaction mechanisms to increase engagement and retention on the platform.
  • Explore AI and Personalization Applications – Integrate AI technologies (such as personalized recommendations, smart playback, and fan interactions) to enhance KKBOX's intelligence and market competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in music, content, social media, entertainment, or AI-related products.
  • User-Centric Mindset – Strong ability to understand user behavior and translate needs into effective product strategies and features.
  • Strategic Thinking & Execution – Ability to independently develop and drive product strategies, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Familiarity with user behavior analysis, A/B testing, and key product metrics, with the ability to leverage insights for optimization.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills – Ability to align cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis – Ability to track industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
