smartdept. is searching for a Product Photo Editor for a global automation solutions provider (remote opportunity). The ideal candidate will come with 2+ years of Photoshop experience. This is a project-based, fully remote, short-term contract opportunity.

We're seeking a detail-oriented Product Photo Editor to support an e-store product photography and content cleanup project. The primary responsibilities include background removal, image consistency correction, measurement editing, and product description updates across a backlog of e-store assets. Accuracy and efficiency are essential.

What You'll Do:

• Remove and replace non-white backgrounds on product images to ensure clean, consistent e-store aesthetics
• Review and correct or replace measurement rulers on product photos for accuracy
• Standardize image appearance across a high volume of product photos
• Edit and update product descriptions to ensure accuracy and consistency across the e-store
• Collaborate with the internal team for clarification on guidelines and deliverables

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in Photoshop with a focus on product or ecommerce photo editing
• Strong digital production editing skills for product copy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across high-volume work
• Comfortable working independently on production-level tasks

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with ecommerce or product photography workflows
• Familiarity with B2B, industrial, or technology environments
• Background in digital asset production or image library management
