The Role

As Product Owner, you will be working as part of the mature agile firmware engineering team to develop our next generation printers, with the opportunity to contribute to the next generation software vision.

In this role, you will:

• Lead efforts focused on development of product capabilities.
• In collaboration with the team and stakeholders, define and prioritize the product vision, goals, and roadmap.
• Lead requirements gathering efforts on high level features and epics, working with Product Marketing, Reliability, Technical Service and Support, and System Engineering.
• Work with other Product Owners to ensure there is a coordinated approach to deliver value.

What You Will Do

Day to day, you will keep the team moving through the sprint cycle, making sure there are always enough refined, right sized stories ready to work on. You will play a core role in sprint planning and review ceremonies, keeping delivery predictable and ensuring every completed story meets the definition of done.

On top of that, you will:

• Provide data driven estimates and metrics.
• Drive backlog refinement activities across the team's stories.
• Prepare and present sprint accomplishments.
• Gather and present project and sprint data to the management team.

What You Need To Have

To succeed in this role, you need solid experience working with hardware or firmware products, either as a developer or as a product owner, together with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. You bring significant experience using Agile methodologies in a Product Owner role, and a proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer first mindset.

On top of that, you have:

• Confidence engaging directly with firmware and hardware engineering teams on technical trade-offs and constraints.
• Established background launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams, comfortable with prototyping and iterative development.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset, and with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
