About the role
As Product Owner – SuccessFactors (our HRIS system), you will play a key role in shaping how our people experience work every day.
Working as part of the Employee Experience Agile Release Train, you’ll lead the direction and evolution of our core people platform, ensuring it delivers real value for our employees, leaders and People & Culture teams. From large-scale improvements to smaller enhancements and upgrades, you’ll prioritise and guide work that makes every day processes simpler, smarter and more intuitive for our workforce.
You’ll own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing business priorities, user needs and technology opportunities to ensure the platform continues to improve the way our people work. Partnering closely with stakeholders across ICT, People & Culture and the broader business - as well as our external vendors - you’ll champion a value-driven approach to delivery that focuses on practical outcomes and measurable improvements.
Leading a team (2) of technical and functional specialists, you’ll bring people together around a shared vision, creating clarity, momentum and strong collaboration. Your work will directly contribute to improving employee experience and making it easier for our people to get what they need, when they need it.
