GET TO KNOW OUR AREA:

The Product Owner Specialist is the technical and functional point of reference for the digital platforms that support the Pharma team. The person in this role must be able to challenge, guide, and evolve service providers, ensuring that the delivered solutions are aligned with business needs and technology, security, and compliance best practices.

This position is technically responsible for the Universo Médico portal (Web portal for HCPs), Marketing Solutions (Apps, Email Marketing and others) and websites (For HCPs and Patients), including leading the execution of Digital Marketing journeys in our Ecosystem also acts in defining the architecture, governance, and performance of digital engagement solutions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and Patients.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

  • Leads change management efforts to deliver customer centric solutions, by collaborating with development teams and leverage deep subject matter expertise.
  • Acts as subject expert for user questions about the digital product features and capabilities in production. Works with engineering teams to identify the appropriate actions based on user questions or issues.
  • Be the technical and functional owner of the Universo Médico portal, Email Marketing Solution, websites and apps, ensuring the operation, evolution, and integrity of the platforms.
  • Manage external service providers by challenging resource allocation, prioritizing demands, and assessing the quality of delivered solutions, with a focus on SLA, technical quality, and cost-benefit.
  • Discuss technical and functional solutions with vendors and internal teams, ensuring that implementations meet Digital Lead/business requirements.
  • Creates and analyzes metrics that measure the user experience of digital products including satisfaction, adoption, engagement, and task success.
  • Essential expected technical knowledge (web and mobile):
    • Solution architecture and integrations: a systemic view to assess and guide the design of web/mobile solutions, integrations between systems (APIs and data flows), security, scalability, and performance.
    • Martech and platforms: functional-technical mastery of the CRM ecosystem (SFMC, Veeva, Web and Apps) to discuss journeys and data/consent governance and define ecosystem integrations and integrations with third-party tools.
    • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): go beyond SEO and lead the evolution toward GEO, measuring impact across different LLMs and AI tools.
  • Monitor platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and propose enhancements aligned with the area’s strategic objectives.
  • Ensure process and platform compliance with internal policies, regulations, and corporate frameworks (LMR, compliance, Marketing Excellence).

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

Required:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
  • Eexperience as a product owner specialist or equivalent
  • Understanding of IT concepts, software development, and product lifecycle management.
  • Examples of relevant tools & practices: ADO, GitHub, Testing Tools, Cloud Services, Documentation Tools, DevOps Tools
  • Product & User Centric Thinking
  • Knowledge of the concepts, practices, and instruments of product innovation
  • Experienced in the implementation of IT products (ideally digital products)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is required for both verbal and written communication; English proficiency is considered a nice-to-have.

Preferred:

  • Experience with product lifecycle management and product roadmap development.
  • Ability to prioritize features and manage product backlogs.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
