Roles & Responsibilities :

In this role, you will have the opportunity to initiate and drive technology, software, product, and/or solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area. Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in SW development for in-depth product or technology-related issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting strategic technology management and future product/software/solution architecture. This role is contributing to the customer痴 Business Division in Bangalore India


You will be mainly accountable for:

姫roduct Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with the Global Product Managers to define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.

匹ollaborate with the other global POs in the program team and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize and maintain the product feature backlog according to agreed rules, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

俵nderstanding on Devops, automated deployments, Ansible scripts and cloud sync topics.

Defining the scope of the release, Scope of PI (Program Increment plan) and maintaining healthy backlog at all times

柊gile Ceremonies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, bug triage and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and alignment.

紐elease Planning: Coordinate with the Global Product Managers, Release Manager and other stakeholders to plan and execute product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

疋rive the involvement of users and domain experts from the beginning of the backlog creation to acceptance testing

柊ssess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy

畢ead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities

百erve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

Qualifications



•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Electronics, CS or a related field

•Total 8-10 years of experience in product development with large-scale software development projects.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a PO

• Hands-on experience in Software Development Lifecycle – from Requirement till Deployment is crucial as the role expects understanding how the developed SW is designed, developed, validated and deployed

•Domain knowledge in Energy management systems/storage systems/ Battery Management systems. (Generation side: preferred; Distribution / Transmission: also acceptable)

•Strong understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.

•Excellent communication and leadership skills and Has Strong Decision-making skills.

•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

•Proficiency in any one of project management tools and software (e.g., DevOps, Jira, confluence, etc).

Bangalore : 4 days a week from customer office

Customer office location: Bangalore – near to Metro Purple Line

Working Houtrs: Overlap with US Central time for few hours during India evening hours
