Reporting to the SVP of Data Science & AI, you will join a team at the heart of the Accor Group’s transformation through data and artificial intelligence.

Within the Data department, the Data Science & AI vertical aims to define and implement the Group’s AI vision, to scale up the use of ML, GenAI and Agentic AI, and to maximise the business impact of these technologies on the customer experience, hotel operations and internal teams.

You will act as the bridge between business sponsors and the AI / Data Engineering teams, ensuring the right product is built, shipped, adopted and continuously improved.

Your mission:

  • Business Partnership capture business needs, frame AI use cases, align on KPIs and expected value with stakeholders (Commercial, Marketing, Distribution, Operations, Brand).
  • Product Ownership:
    • Own product vision, roadmap and backlog;
    • Prioritise features balancing business value, technical feasibility and risk.
  • Delivery Leadership:
    • Lead an internal/external squad composed of Data Scientists, AI / GenAI Engineers & ML Ops Engineers;
    • Drive sprints, quality, time-to-market and production readiness.
  • Adoption & Value Tracking:
    • Drive change management and end-user adoption;
    • Measure usage, ROI and business impact;
    • Report to sponsors and leadership.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: steer external partners (OpenAI, Giskard, Converteo, Artefact, etc.), manage budget, contracts and SLAs
  • Risk, Ethics & Compliance: ensure GDPR, Responsible AI and security guardrails are embedded by design, in close partnership with DPO, Legal and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

And you?

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or Business School with a strong Tech/Data grounding
  • Strong experience (7+ years) in Product Management, Consulting or applied AI delivery, with at least one major AI / Data Product shipped end-to-end in production
  • Experience in hospitality, travel or retail is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on literacy in GenAI and ML Ops making you able to challenge technical choices with Data Scientists and AI Engineers
  • Fluency with OpenAI, AWS AgentCore, Anthropic and Microsoft Foundry

Soft Skills & Mindset

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate priorities into AI products in a complex organisation
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders up to C-Level
