Position: Product Owner SR
Location: Remote
As a Product Owner SR, you will be responsible for identifying customer, business, and product needs while driving product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization. You will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and enabling the delivery of high-impact digital solutions that maximize customer value and business outcomes.
This position is part of the Solutions (SolCo) business within the Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) division. SolCo is one of the two independent entities being created from ANH as part of its divestment to CVC Capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and priorities, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business objectives, and strategic goals.
- Lead product discovery initiatives, identifying opportunities, validating hypotheses, and translating insights into actionable product outcomes.
- Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog, balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and delivery risks.
- Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, designers, and subject matter experts to align priorities and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, ensuring focus on value-driven outcomes.
- Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and constraints, developing mitigation strategies to maximize product success.
- Define and communicate product goals, priorities, roadmap progress, and delivery outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion Agile product development practices, fostering collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and customer-centric thinking.
- Leverage customer feedback, market insights, data, and performance metrics to drive product decisions and continuous optimization.
- Support product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth through the delivery of scalable digital solutions.
- Monitor product performance throughout its lifecycle, identifying opportunities for innovation, optimization, and expansion.
- Mentor and support Product Owners and junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of product capabilities.
You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Specialization or certifications in Product Management, Product Ownership, Agile methodologies, or Digital Products are a plus.
- Advanced to fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with global stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role within digital product organizations.
- Strong experience in product discovery, roadmap definition, backlog management, prioritization, and delivery of customer-centric digital solutions.
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and cross-functional product development environments.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, designers, and subject matter experts to define priorities and drive product outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions, leveraging customer insights, business metrics, market trends, and product performance indicators.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions, negotiate priorities, and align diverse teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
- Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, challenge the status quo, and drive continuous improvement across products, processes, and teams.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, digital product ecosystems, and modern product management practices.
