About the role

As part of BearingPoint Products, you will work alongside experienced Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers and QA Engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to product management and project delivery activities. You will support ongoing initiatives while developing your understanding of digital products, business processes, Agile ways of working and stakeholder collaboration.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

• Support Product Owners and Project Managers in planning and coordinating product initiatives;
• Support the gathering, analysis and documentation of business and customer requirements;
• Assist in backlog management, sprint planning and prioritization activities;
• Support coordination between business stakeholders and development teams;
• Contribute to process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Track delivery progress and support reporting activities under guidance;
• Participate in product research, market analysis and customer feedback evaluation;
• Support the preparation of presentations, business cases and product documentation;
• Assist in the monitoring and follow-up of project and product-related action items;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration activities.

We are looking for: 

• Graduate / Final Year Student in Business Informatics, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent;
• Strong interest in software products, business processes and digital transformation;
• Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders;
• Interest in Agile methodologies and software product development;
• Understanding of customer needs and business requirements;
• Very good English;
• Client-oriented, strong analytical and conceptual thinking;
• Communicative, highly adaptive, team player and eager to learn new technologies and business domains;
• Entrepreneurial attitude, enthusiasm for new approaches and innovative solutions.Offer:
