Reports to: Global Lead Procurement Tech & Data Excellence

Department: Global Procurement Excellence and Strategy

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Product Owner - Procurement Data to lead the stewardship, governance, and analytics of procurement data across Opella. This role is pivotal in ensuring data quality, enabling actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making through the Sievo analytics platform.

Main Responsibilities

Data Governance & Quality

• Define and implement data standards, ownership models, and quality scorecards.

• Lead remediation plans to ensure data accuracy (≥98%) and completeness (≥95%).

Master Data Management

• Manage vendor, item, and contract taxonomies.

• Oversee deduplication and enrichment processes in collaboration with GBS/MDM teams.

Analytics & Insights

• Drive building and maintaining KPI dashboards (e.g., savings, cycle time, compliance, SRM).

• Support development scenario and predictive models to support strategic procurement decisions.

Controls & Compliance

• Ensure data lineage and audit readiness.Support compliance reporting and control frameworks.

Enablement & Training

• Drive data literacy across procurement teams and Sievo adoption

• Promote self-service BI capabilities using Sievo and other tools

About you:

Experience & Background

• Experience in procurement data management, analytics, or related roles.

• Experience with Sievo or similar procurement analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with S2P - end‑to‑end procurement processes and operations.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel & Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

• Experience with data quality frameworks, data validation rules, and KPI dashboarding.

• Hands-on exposure to SAP procurement and finance data structures.

• Understanding of SAP Master Data Management concepts.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and governance.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Certifications in BI tools, data analytics, or procurement systems are a plus.
