  • Maintain the sprint-level roadmap and ensure alignment to the broader domain strategy
  • Prioritize backlog items within approved guardrails and strategic direction

Backlog Management & Requirements

  • Own and maintain a healthy, well-prioritized product backlog
  • Write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for all features
  • Partner with Product Leads to author and refine stories ahead of sprint planning
  • Ensure backlog items clearly reflect business needs, technical constraints, and compliance requirements

Delivery Accountability

  • Serve as accountable owner for sprint-level delivery outcomes and quality
  • Own end-to-end process delivery for multiple concurrent product engagements
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across active delivery tracks
  • Produce sprint and delivery-level reporting, metrics, and insights for stakeholders

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with business and technology partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for requirement clarifications and delivery updates
  • Partner with operational SMEs to ensure solutions meet real-world business needs
  • Coordinate UAT activities, training, and change adoption across impacted teams

Data, Platform & Compliance Standards

  • Enforce data and platform standards within sprint delivery
  • Analyze data quality gaps and surface findings to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Embed risk controls and compliance requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure delivery adheres to enterprise architecture and governance standards

People & Team Leadership

  • Mentor and coach Product Leads in requirements writing, backlog hygiene, and delivery execution
  • Provide technical and process guidance to support Product Lead growth
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and learning within the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience required
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering against a product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams
  • Strong requirements writing skills — ability to produce clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Working knowledge of data structures, platform integrations, and system architecture concepts
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret delivery metrics and recommend process improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent engagements in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with risk, controls, and compliance requirements in a regulated banking or financial services environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including data model familiarity with person accounts, financial accounts, and household structures
  • Understanding of FSC features such as Action Plans, Referrals, and Relationship Groups as they apply to banking workflows
  • Prior experience in a financial services firm — banking, wealth management, capital markets, or insurance
  • Familiarity with financial services regulatory requirements and how they translate into product and data controls (e.g., BSA/AML, KYC, Reg E)
  • Experience delivering CRM features in support of relationship banking, commercial lending, treasury, or wealth management business lines
  • Exposure to Salesforce platform governance — permission sets, profiles, data access, and deployment pipelines (sandboxes, change sets, or CI/CD)
  • Experience coaching or mentoring junior product team members (Product Leads, BAs, or Analysts)
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst
